Excellent location close to shopping and subway, heart of town. The lovely staff especially the housekeeping team at Floor 9B and the courteous and helpful staff at the restaurant. We loved the complimentary tea breaks and 银耳汤 and did lots of laundry as they thoughtfully provided 3 machines and a dryer in their laundry room. We had just spent 8 dusty days travelling Qinghai and Gansu so this amenity is such a blessing before we continue our journey to Shanghai. What I didnt like was that the hotel was located in a building shared with a few other hotels and lots of offices so the lift has lots of other people sharing and somehow isnt private and is slow. Also to hail a cab, you need to go out to the main road because the building has no driveway. But for the price we pay, the value way exceeds the cons.

Love this hotel 's location. Nice shopping malls just down the hotel. Breakfast is also very good. Hotel's staff are very attentive anf helpful. Especially Miss Ma is very friendly and always there to help answering questions.

The facilities are complete and the room is comfortable. Manager Ma at the front desk gave us free water cups. The breakfast is rich and delicious. The children like it very much. Recommend it. A bowl of noodles for midnight snack: delicious😋

Xining is a permanent place for business trips. The location is very good and the transportation is convenient. The services in all aspects from the front desk to the guest rooms to the restaurant are good. As a business traveler, I highly recommend this place, especially the tea restaurant here, which is my favorite place to stay most often. I came to Qinghai on a business trip and arrived very late. There was welcome tea and hand towels. I was upgraded to a non-smoking room with window for free. The experience was very good. But at more than three o'clock in the morning, I felt that my headache was about to explode, and my chest was tight and I had difficulty breathing. I called the front desk, and the front desk immediately arranged for staff to come to my room and help me call the hospital, and stayed with me all the time. Fortunately, it was not as serious as I thought. The next morning, the general manager of the hotel brought a fruit basket, flowers, and breakfast specially prepared by the staff to the room to care about me and see if I was feeling better. They also sent me hot water. I was not feeling well and wanted to delay my check-out and pay extra. The hotel staff politely helped me delay my check-out for free so that I could have a good rest. I checked in at midnight. I originally booked a standard room, but later I wanted to change to a big bed because I was staying alone. After communication at check-in, I was given a free upgrade.
